Jim and his wife, Sharon, were married in 1980 and have two adult children, Sarah and Jon, and two grandsons, Bryce and Hudson. Jim is currently transitioning into retirement from the painting business he owned for 41 years.
Jim has a heart for missions. Chile, Croatia and Puerto Rico are a few of the places he’s traveled for mission trips. He and Sharon also support the work of Samaritan’s Purse and have worked at disaster relief and rebuild sites, along with the shoebox ministry of Operation Christmas Child. Jim enjoys serving as a greeter, small group leader and Bible teacher at RBC.
Jim loves to travel to warm weather destinations, especially during Michigan winters, and his favorite activity is scuba diving.
