What will eternity be like? What will our experience of eternity be? Our culture often speaks of the dead receiving their wings, being transformed into angels who look down us from above. Most of us probably recognize that this isn’t true, but some of us still aren’t quite sure what death and resurrection means for us.
1 Corinthians 15:35-49 helps us begin to answer the question “what will heaven be like?” We will not be disembodied spirits floating around in the clouds for eternity, but rather we will receive resurrected bodies. New bodies that are like our current bodies in many ways, but in others are vastly different. These new bodies will be changed and perfectly tuned for eternal life with Christ
