In 1 Corinthians 15:50-58, Paul brings his discussion on the resurrection to a conclusion. The resurrection of the dead is the grand finale of all of God’s work in promises.
In the resurrection we are finally glorified and made like Christ, death is swallowed up forever, sin is killed, and Christ wins the victory. Every one of God’s promises is kept and delivered. Because Christ’s victory is certain, our confidence is certain. We will persevere until the end because Christ has won the victory.
